Tower Talks Podcast
Where oversharing is caring and no subject is off limits
In the aftermath of the dumpster fire that we refer to as 2020, our whole family was feeling the aftershock. I was dealing with my dad's cancer journey, all while dealing with pregnancy hormones. Meanwhile, my brother shared some of his ongoing personal struggles with his wife, Ashley, which led to their whole life being turned upside down.
In the midst of our pain, Ashley and I began to lean on each other and help each other through the most difficult seasons of our lives. So I guess we've got a trauma bond now?Â
As we were discussing all of these things during our daily trips to the carpool line, we made a recurring joke that we should start a podcast, because these conversations were far too good to keep to ourselves. Fast forward a couple of months. God prompted me and I prompted Ashley (multiple times, I might add), that this podcast was something that actually needed to happen. So, we bought our equipment, started recording our conversations, and dumped all of the tech-y stuff onto my brother. Thanks, Elliott!
We hope that as you listen to this podcast, you feel like you have a couple of sisters in your corner, helping you get through the hardests parts of your story. Thanks for listening, friend!
Meet the hosts
On the left is Ashley. She's a wife and mom of two. She has an infectious giggle and a way of making even the most complicated things sound logical.

On the right, that's me, Caitlin! I'm also a wife and mom of two. I like to use stories and metaphors to help shift people's perspective. I'll also throw in a few jokey-jokes here and there.
